The Rainbow Concert Band is a registered non-profit Society in good standing in the province of British Columbia, also known as “Rainbow Band Society”. We are not currently a Registered Charity. Although we try to keep our expenses as low as possible, there are unavoidable expenses related to keeping the band afloat, and these are not always covered by membership dues and income from concerts.

If you’re interested in sponsoring or supporting the Band there are a number of methods of doing so.

Advertising Opportunities

One of the simplest ways to sponsor the band is simply to purchase advertising in our next concert’s program. Advertising costs usually start at $30 for a business-card sized ad, and go up in size and price from there. These costs include inclusion of your ad in the program, and a link to your website (if you have one) on this page.

The band also often includes a Silent Auction at one concert per year. In exchange for a donation of an item or service to our Silent Auction you would also receive a business-card sized ad in the program and a link to your website on on this page.

Sponsoring a Concert or Event

Another way to sponsor the band is to sponsor a concert. If you have an idea for a fabulous guest that you’d like to see us perform with at our next concert, you could sponsor their performance.
